2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms and Conditions
The Body and Mind Center LLC offers an SMS messaging program to provide appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notifications, pre-visit preparation instructions, and general office announcements to clients and prospective clients who have opted in to receive text messages.
By opting in to this SMS program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided.
By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our booking form, completing an intake form with SMS consent, or verbally requesting text message communications, you consent to receive text messages from The Body and Mind Center LLC at the phone number you provide. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or scheduling any appointment at The Body and Mind Center LLC.
You will receive up to 8 messages per month. Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
